Refunds & Returns
Whilst we hope you are always satisfied and happy with the garments you purchase from Rizues, should you need to return any item for either exchange or refund, please follow these 3 simple steps:
- Place garments in the original packing with a copy of your paperwork (despatch note or an invoice) and a note to tell us, if you want to exchange or refund. If you want an exchange, just note the order code/colour and size. Please also include a contact telephone number or e-mail address.
- Address your parcel to:

- Post your parcel (carriage paid by you) to us - we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office. Please note, it is your responsibility that garments are returned to the above address safely.
We aim to process your returns within 7 working days, if these 3 steps are followed.
Please remember we can only accept returned items/garments which have not been worn, or washed, or altered or branded and it must be within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
